Welcome to Liberty Rides. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vehicle Delivery

All vehicles will be delivered directly to your specified office or home location. Pickup from our office is not available. Delivery must be arranged during business hours, and you are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of booking.

2. Rental Duration

The rental period begins when the vehicle is delivered to your location. Late returns may incur additional charges. Please notify us in advance if you need to extend your rental.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before the vehicle is delivered. Any additional charges, such as damage fees or late return penalties, will be billed separately.

4. Driver Requirements

Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and meet the minimum age requirements as specified during booking. The vehicle may only be driven by individuals listed in the rental agreement.

5. Fuel Policy

The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level to avoid refueling charges.

6. Insurance

Basic insurance is included with your rental. However, you may be liable for damage or theft up to a certain limit. Additional coverage options are available upon request.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

8. Responsibility for Damages

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. All damages must be reported immediately.

9. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please ensure all items are removed upon return.
